My career has been spent working in and with large companies, so I understand the management and communications challenges that big organisations face.

Before establishing TextWorks in 2001, I worked for two banks in the City of London: NatWest (1979 to 1988) and Standard Chartered (1988 to 2001).

Since 1994, I have focused on projects that revolve around people, communications and change.
